In relations with OKEA’s strategy on Draugen to maintain production until 2040, OKEA has awarded a 5 year Agreement to CCB Subsea as the service provider for overhaul and refurbishment of existing subsea production systems.

CCB Subsea is a system independent supplier within both subsea and drilling maintenance, engineering and operations, and is present with highly trained subsea mechanics and state of the art workshop facilities along the coast in close cooperation with CCB and NorSea Group. Services will be delivered both from CCB Subsea’s headquarter at Ågotnes and locally in Kristiansund where OKEA’s Draugen organization is based.
CCB Subsea has delivered general engineering and operational support to OKEA in relations with planning and execution of offshore subsea operations on Draugen since OKEA took over operatorship of the field in 2019.

With our cross-vendor competence and proactive approach on sustainability within maintenance, overhaul, refurbishment and reuse of subsea equipment, we look forward to working together with OKEA on the Draugen 2040 project. Our main focus is on safety, cooperation, resource utilization and effective operations creating value for Draugen and its license partners
