MAINTENANCE & TESTING

CCB Subsea is an approved service provider of 3rd party Maintenance Services to operators, drilling contractors and OEMs.  We are an independent service provider and handle subsea, drilling and topside maintenance needs across all product groupd and OEMs.

Maintenance is the core activity to reduce the probability of failure or the degradation of function according to industry standards.  This allows for critical equipment and systems defined as part of a well barrier and where function is to maintain well integrity during production, workovers or interventions – and further it is important for non-critical equipment and tools for which correct functioning is directly linked to operational uptime.

Maintenance is carried out at predetermined intervals or according to prescribed criteria, and CCB Subsea holds framework agreements with major operators on the Norwegian Continentalf Shelf.   With a lean, highly competent team of engineers and technicians, and using an efficient maintenance management system, CCB Subsea is able to deliver maintenance services at favourable cost levels.

CCB Subsea is part of the CCB and NorSea Group.  As such, we are present with highly trained subsea mechanics and state of the art workshop facilities at virtually all the supply bases in Norway, as well as other base locations abroad.  Se overview further below.

Headquarter facility located at CCB Ågotnes includes 2.000 sq.m. workshops and warehouse, and a 8.000 sq.m. storage area.
